Individual Therapy

I provide psychotherapy for adults seeking support with a range of concerns. Individual therapy is a space that is just for you. Sessions are focused on understanding what you are experiencing, how your past and present intersect, and what may be getting in the way of feeling more grounded or fulfilled. Together, we explore thoughts, emotions, patterns, and relationships at a pace that feels manageable and comfortable. Therapy may involve building practical coping tools, developing insight, or creating room for self-compassion and clarity. You do not need to have everything figured out before starting; the work unfolds through conversation, reflection, and a collaborative therapeutic relationship. All services are offered in person in Ottawa and through secure online sessions across Ontario.
