Relationships can begin to feel stuck when the same arguments repeat, communication breaks down, or distance starts to grow. My aim is to create space where both partners can slow things down, feel heard, and begin to understand the patterns that keep showing up in the relationship.

How I work with couples
We begin by meeting together, and then I meet with each partner individually before coming back together as a couple. This allows space to better understand each person’s experiences, history, and needs within the relationship. We then come back together as a couple to integrate these insights and work together to establish clear goals to therapy.
