Who am I?

I am a Registered Psychotherapist who is committed to providing thoughtful, culturally sensitive, and client-centered care. My clinical background includes working with adults from diverse identities and lived experiences, including individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, sexual and gender identity development, trauma, and self-esteem challenges. I also support couples working through challenges and improving their communication.
In my practice, I prioritize delivering evidence-based treatments to each individual's and couple's needs. I draw from several therapeutic models, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, psychodynamic therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy and humanistic and relational frameworks. These approaches allow me to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs rather than applying a one-size-fits-all method.
I became a therapist because I believe that every person deserves a space where their emotions, history, and identity are respected. I value transparency and collaboration in the therapeutic process. My goal is to support clients in feeling more grounded, self-aware, and empowered to create meaningful change in their lives.
