The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. You will be invited to share what brought you to therapy, what you are hoping for, and any concerns you may have. We will also review practical details such as confidentiality and consent. There is no pressure to share everything at once; the pace is guided by your comfort.

You do not need to be in crisis to start therapy. If you feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply curious about understanding yourself more deeply, therapy may be helpful. Many clients seek therapy to gain clarity, strengthen relationships, or learn healthier ways of responding to stress.

My approach is integrative and client-centred. This means I draw from several evidence-based modalities, including humanistic, psychodynamic, CBT, EFT, and ACT approaches. The therapeutic relationship itself is central, and I aim to create a space that feels safe, respectful, and non-judgmental for both individuals and couples.

I am based in Ottawa, Ontario. One of my offices is located at 100 Centrepointe Dr, and the other is at 356 Maclaren Street. We can meet at the location most convenient for you. I also offer virtual therapy sessions, which allow me to work with individuals and couples across Ontario.
